Shipping Policy

Current shipping is estimated 6-7 weeks from purchase date if on back-order. In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days. Shipping times vary from 5-10 business days. 

Because each product is hand-made, I appreciate your patience as I get these made just for you!

Return & Exchange Policy

Purchases from Vidra includes a 30 day warranty. You have 30 days upon delivery of your purchase to request a return or exchange. Return postage is not included.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

 

MERCHANDISE ON SALE IS FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED.
